Noah Become Drunk with Wine and Not Alcohol

I’ve always wondered how Noah could become drunk with wine in Genesis 9:20-21. Since the Bible doesn't explicitly explain the nature of the wine in this instance, I wanted to explore the biblical understanding of wine and its effects. Is it possible that the wine Noah drank was different from the alcohol we know today? Could the ancient fermentation process have been unpredictable, leading to unintended drunkenness?
